Putting on this white-and-blue medical uniform and configuring the portable IV drip device attached to it gave me a more three-dimensional appreciation for the accuracy of this costume.

Many fellow fans looking at this gear might first notice the transparent tubes and IV drip bags. To authentically replicate this feel, I put a lot of effort into the attachment points and straps of the clothing. These medical elements aren't simply pasted on but are genuinely integrated into the structural design. Securing them bit by bit was the only way to ensure the tubes wouldn't tangle together during the shoot.

To match the character's light blue hair color and nurse cap styling, I performed layered trimming and volumizing on the wig so that the curvature of the twintails could showcase hair volume without looking overly heavy. Paired with blue colored contacts and high-saturation lip makeup, it further accentuates the facial expressions within the cool-toned clinic setting.

For the costume's material choice, the white sections utilize a stretchy fabric with a certain silky sheen that fits close to the skin, while the outer white-and-blue short robe uses a slightly stiff windproof fabric to prop up the outer silhouette, keeping the entire look from appearing limp. The lower half combines white thigh-high stockings, thigh fixation straps, and this pair of high-heeled bright blue ankle boots, which not only elongates the visual proportions of the lower body but also makes the character's overall aura appear more upright and fierce.

The shooting location was chosen in a standard medical ward setup, with the gray blinds in the background and white sheets on the hospital bed rendering a typical clinic atmosphere. The positioning of the light sources during the shoot was quite precise; blending the cool blue light and white light was essential to radiate that unique sense of cleanliness found in medical environments, while also giving the overall image distinct layers.

Honestly, adjusting poses back and forth between the hospital bed and the medical cart that day was quite a physical task, as I had to constantly look out for whether my shoes would scrape against the wheels of the medical cart. Especially for the freeze-frame from the cover perspective in Figure 3—although it looks like a relaxed, casual sit—my lower back and abdomen had to consciously lift the center of gravity upward to maintain the body's stretch and tension. The IV tubes and transparent drip bags draped over my body swayed gently with my movements, turning instead into dynamic details that helped extend the emotional tone of the frame.

After shooting the entire set, it felt as though I had truly been immersed in this silent white room for a long time. Every glance back and play with the props manifested that professional and slightly mysterious temperament beneath the character's quiet exterior. Although a medical style cosplay theme always carries various cold instruments and syringes, in actual lens expression, adjusting body movements and gaze can also give the image an approachable feeling that breaks the fourth wall, making it a highly fulfilling anime cosplay photoshoot experience.
