The selects from this outdoor Genshin Impact Ganyu Cosplay shoot are finally ready! To find a location matching the character's aura, we deliberately selected a classical garden framed by lush trees, vermilion walls, and grey tiles. The sunlight that day was exceptional, filtering through tree leaves to cast dappled shadows that layered immense depth into each frame. To complement this white cheongsam-inspired ensemble, I specifically opted for opaque brown Stockings and glossy black high heels, which not only elongated leg contours visually but also introduced an extra touch of mature grace to the overall styling. The red-and-black gradient qilin horns atop my head served as the soul of the coordinate, requiring meticulous fastening with bobby pins before shooting to ensure they wouldn't shift during walking and posing.

In terms of pose design, I heavily utilized a folding fan as a supporting prop. Sitting along the stone balustrade with legs crossed allowed the dress hem to cascade naturally, gracefully showcasing the blue cloud patterns and golden floral ornaments along the garment's side. In standing shots, gently fanning with one hand while effortlessly lifting the other broke any rigid linearity in the posture, infusing dynamic vitality into the pose. Navigating stone garden paths in high heels genuinely put my balance to the test, yet for the sake of the compositions, every turn and pause relied on the photographer's swift, candid captures.

Throughout shooting this official set, I constantly reflected on how to convey the character's serene essence. Rather than relying on exaggerated expressions, it was conveyed primarily through eye contact and composed, quiet body language. The outfit's craftsmanship is exquisite, with the chest cut-out and neck bell pendant serving as visual focal points; hence, during close-ups, I angled my torso slightly, using the lines of my arms to guide the viewer's gaze. While the combination of stockings and high heels was physically demanding outdoors, witnessing the interplay of light and shadow in the finished frames made every ounce of effort worthwhile. The entire experience felt like an intimate dialogue with the character—capturing these exquisite moments through the lens made for a purely creative and delightful journey.
