The concept text mentioned many elements, but this time I wanted to focus on presenting a look woven from the icy sea and moonlight. Kaigetsu's blue and white color scheme truly tests the depth of makeup and costume layers; to recreate that translucent, dreamy texture, I specially used double-layered gradient pearlescent tulle and detailed white appliqués. For the wig, I selected a transition from light blue to dark blue, which, combined with pale blue contact lenses and cool light reflections, visually creates a stronger feel of an icy mermaid elf.

The focus of these photos isn't simply a studio shoot, but rather utilizing large Roman column structures and a crescent moon seat to construct an atmosphere akin to a temple or undersea palace. Butterfly props served as the finishing touch during the shoot; whether holding one in my palm or letting it rest beside me, it added a quiet vitality to the frame. In post-processing, I deliberately enhanced the blue and white ambient lighting and softened shadows, allowing the overall image to project a gentle luster that perfectly matches the ethereal feel of the \"mermaid\" and \"snow woman\" vibes mentioned in the concept text.

Speaking of the costume itself, the hooded design softens the overall silhouette nicely. During the shoot, I tried sitting, lying down, and standing poses; especially when standing, the trailing long blue tulle cloak stretched body proportions wonderfully. The veil merged seamlessly with the hairstyle—whether gazing down at the butterfly in hand or leaning against the moon looking toward the lens, it captures that cool yet mysterious gaze characteristic of the character.

This time, the makeup focused on harmony between eyes and lips: the eyeshadow used a blended aqua blue, while lips wore an orange-red with a touch of gloss, neutralizing any paleness that overall cold tones might introduce. Pre-production shooting for this theme required extensive prop positioning, as tulle fabric easily reflects unwanted light or shows background flaws; thus, soft side-backlighting was employed in lighting setup to outline hair strands and outfit contours.

Although Halloween dress-up was mentioned in early notes, this ethereal blue-and-white color palette is also great for a \"dark elf\" reverse route during Halloween, or simply appreciated as a cool-toned photoshoot. Shooting this set was a real test of stamina and facial expression management, as the crescent moon seat was quite unstable—I had to maintain core balance constantly to keep from sliding off, all while managing finger orientation and eye focus.

For works carrying mythical or fantasy colors, props and hair/makeup styling must be highly unified. For example, the silver armlets on wrists and golden gemstone jewelry around the neck needed special treatment on reflective surfaces so they would look like authentic metal on camera rather than cheap plastic. I also particularly loved the lace-up band design in hand close-ups, which formed beautiful curves when turning or raising hands.

As a comprehensive presentation, looking at the final results, the costume layering, wig fluffiness, and makeup moisture all met expectations. I also tried adding soft light and color layering in post-processing to make blue transitions more natural without losing original texture. This serves both as an extension of the mermaid's cool aura and a modern rewrite of the snow woman style. Finally, I hope everyone can feel the serene, vast, and slightly mysterious atmosphere conveyed by this photoshoot, making all the careful preparation, hard shooting, and post-production work worthwhile.
