This uniform look for Jeanne d'Arc (Alter) was shot at dusk, when photographer Hanabi deliberately chose a cool blue-toned background to build the ambiance. The key focus of this shoot was the character's signature demeanor—the black Sailor suit paired with a red tie and that iconic black headpiece looked remarkably crisp under cool-toned lighting. The tailoring of the outfit flattered my figure, and the skirt paired with over-the-knee Black stockings elongated my body proportions. During the shoot, I tried many different poses to flatter the leg lines—especially the final shot leaning against the railing on the stairs, where I had to balance while maintaining the character's facial expression. Although styling the wig and securing the headpiece was a tedious process, seeing the lighting effects crafted by Hanabi made it completely worthwhile. The character's personality carries a tsundere charm, so during on-set communication, I channeled that attitude—for example, reacting as if called a "foolish Master," which made the gaze and body language click naturally. The entire set leans towards a cool color palette, beautifully preserving a clean look across the face while letting the red tie pop as a vibrant accent. The shoot went very smoothly, and I did my best to faithfully recreate the subtle details of this styling. I hope everyone enjoys the charm of this costume and its accessories, and huge thanks to the photographer for all the hard work.
