[Waraku Chise Cosplay] Blue Archive: Chise, Armed with a Heavy Firepower Tachi, is Here!

This time, I managed to complete a cosplay photoshoot of Chise's Japanese style cosplay outfit at the convention. From early preparation to the actual shoot, the biggest challenge wasn't that heavy firearm prop with blue and white paint, but rather coordinating these detached large sleeves with the flare of the convention venue in the background.

The wig selected was light blue, styled into two extremely long braided pigtails looped at the tips. Combined with the small red horns on the crown and the floating polygonal glowing halo, it had strong recognition even under the complex lighting environment of the convention photography scene. The blue and white color-blocked design of the costume features water ripples and flower patterns. The massive butterfly knot on the chest, the golden rope knots and tassels at the waist, along with the asymmetrical black over-knee stockings and white tabi boots with blue borders, all allowed me to maintain a good center of gravity when striking a dynamic pose with one leg raised.

Because the top of the pavilion had dense circular lighting, the photographer chose a low-angle shot and utilized the natural glare on-site, giving the entire frame not only a sharp character outline but also shining bokeh and a reflective floor. Although holding that large firearm prop in this semi-suspended stance was truly tiring for the arms, the final output effect looks very lightweight, and the clothing's sleeve flaps and tassels had a more natural extension during the movement. The reflections of light and the dynamic snapshot of my single-leg standing posture are both preserved in the photo. Although the convention live scene was very noisy, the moment frozen in the photo is still highly textured.
