Putting on this red and white dress, wearing the iconic black curved horns, and combining them with golden wings and neck accessories, I instantly entered the setting atmosphere of Surtr from Arknights Ambience Synesthesia. Accompanied by the feather-textured red hair and a light yet deep eye makeup, this styling strives to restore the character's uniquely noble and detached aura. The lightweight white tulle skirt hem and the coarse golden-bronze armlets form a collision of materials, which not only preserves the character's original combat elements but also blends in the haute couture feel of a stage gown.

During the shoot, we chose vintage dark red velvet and leather sofas as the main backdrops, paired with bright crystal chandeliers and slender candlesticks to create a medieval opera house-like atmosphere. Through these gorgeous scene props, the character's elegance and sense of danger were beautifully combined. In terms of lighting, the photographer intentionally used rim lighting and a softbox to create a ring of warm light around the edges of the red hair, which not only highlighted the visual focus but also gave the overall frame dreamy layers.

The cooperation with photographer Ming Yuan Yuan was very smooth. She is exceptionally good at capturing a person's expression in a naturally relaxed state, so many of the final photos carry a lazy vibe that doesn't feel intentionally posed, such as the gaze when raising a glass, or the brief moment of leaning on the armchair. Whether it's the tailoring of the costume or the elegance of the scenery, this set of works achieves a sense of visual extension. While restoring the character, I hope it also allows everyone to feel this unique stage tension belonging to Surtr through this cosplay photography work.
