The layering of this costume is much more complex than imagined, especially the glitter material of the cape's lining and the ruffles of the skirt hem, which present a very special texture under night lighting. Tonight's shoot was set in two scenes: the street side and a bench. The standing and sitting poses correspond to different moods—when standing, I wanted to emphasize the costume's silhouette and decorative details, especially the golden accessories at the neckline and waist, as well as the signature rabbit ears and small black crown; when sitting, it was more relaxed, resting my chin on my hand or placing the prop beside me, adding a bit of everyday interactive feel to the frame.

The photographer was extremely patient. To avoid pedestrian light streaks, we repeatedly adjusted our positioning several times. Night view cosplay shooting heavily tests fill-light balance, as it needs to suppress the background neon clashing colors while preventing the highlights on the face and clothing from being overexposed. This time, we used a softbox combined with rim lighting, beautifully restoring the layers of the white skirt hem and the folds of the blue cape. The long prop box is actually quite light, but holding it in hand just adds to the storytelling of the composition.

To be honest, because the rabbit ears are quite large, fixing them required a lot of hairpins and glue. The weight of the headwear combined with the night temperature difference was indeed physically exhausting, but seeing those shimmering starlight effects in the final photos made it feel all worth it. The cleverness of this Cosmic Solo design lies in the sharp contrast between black and white, topped off with that touch of deep blue, giving it a stage presence without losing everyday details. If there's a chance next time, I'd like to try its performance under natural light, which might capture a completely different gentle temperament.

What I enjoy most about doing cosplay isn't actually the final product, but the coordination with the team throughout the process from preparation to shooting. Every time I put on a character's costume, I can feel a wonderful sense of immersion; even if it's just a few minutes frozen in time, it's enough to savor. Although there aren't many photos from tonight's wrap-up, each one hides many small details, such as the rings on the fingertips, the fluffy texture of the ear tips, and the geometric tailoring of the neckline, all of which required repeated angle adjustments during the actual shoot to be showcased. I hope everyone can feel the dedication put into this costume through the photos, and I'm grateful to the photographer for helping me capture these moments.
