Cosplaying Crown from GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE this time, the styling incorporated prominent Chinese-style elements. The main garment is a white satin gown adorned across the chest and hem with sweeping gold floral embroidery that catches the studio strobes with a brilliant sheen. The neckline features a black mandarin collar accented with golden frog closures and cascading tassels, creating a textured contrast across the black, white, and gold palette. Sheer black mesh sleeves along the arms create a striking visual juxtaposition against the white fabric.

For the wig, I selected a pale blonde shade styled into symmetrical twin buns crowned with golden hair ornaments. To complement the character's demeanor, I wore blue contact lenses, emphasizing rosy pink blush and lip makeup, completed with coordinated elongated pink nails.

The studio set was arranged with white calligraphy-inscribed sheer drapes, framed by red maple branches alongside a central Chinese carved wooden daybed. In my hand, I held a red-and-black folding fan as a finishing touch for the overall silhouette. Throughout this Guofeng studio photography session, because the skirt features a High-slit long dress cut, posing demanded meticulous care regarding leg lines and flow. Whether sitting or reclining across the wooden daybed, keeping my spine erect was essential to flatter the gown's tailoring. For instance, when lying on my side, curving my arms and legs created spatial depth, while the placement of the folding fan had to align seamlessly with my gaze.

In terms of lighting, frontal illumination faithfully rendered natural skin tones, while a circular backlit prop behind added rich layers of dimension. The photographer used the sheer drapes as foreground framing to prevent the image from looking flat. Because the satin fabric was so sleek, the slightest shift introduced folds, requiring my assistant to smooth the hem and realign the embroidery between every pose.

This ensemble features dense craftsmanship—especially the gilded embroidery, which requires refined lighting to sculpt tangible dimensionality. Studio temperatures posed quite a test while wearing a heavy wig and layered gown, but seeing the finished frames made every hardship worthwhile. This styling and shoot marked a brand-new creative venture, and I hope everyone can appreciate the dedication poured into this design. The shooting tempo was fast and focused; from hair and makeup to the final wrap, we gave our all to every phase.

Regarding the folding fan, it functioned not merely as a prop, but as a visual anchor. Veiling half my face at times or resting against my chest, varying angles communicated distinctly different emotions. Within a classical setting, the interplay of the fan, gauzy silks, and red maples lent poetic depth to each frame. Rather than mimicking the original design's mechanical stiffness, I leaned into softer, fluid postures harmonized with the classical environment. Continuous dialogue with the photographer—such as using low angles to accentuate presence and authority—allowed these photos to serve as a visual translation of my personal interpretation of the character.
