[Komeiji Satori cosplay] Wandering in the illusion of the inner world

Challenging the styling of Komeiji Satori this time, the biggest difficulty lies in those complex laces and stacked skirts. To restore her delicate and slightly mysterious texture (a true feat of Character accuracy), I put a lot of effort into the tailoring and layering of the clothes; every layer of pleats needs to maintain a natural drape during movement. Especially the decorations on the head and those small accessories, every place must be accurately aligned to capture the character's unique atmosphere. During the shooting process, capturing light and shadow is the core. To express the dreamy and slightly oppressive inner world of this Touhou character, delicate tone processing is essential. Actually, in the process of restoring Komeiji Satori, what fascinates me most is her look of "insight into everything." Through the layering of makeup and subtle eyeliner treatment, I tried to pull that sense of mystery to the extreme. The overall color matching follows a soft pink-white line, but I made a lot of contrasts in the choice of materials, such as the interweaving of translucent organza and thick satin, which increased the visual richness. This 2D project turned out very well, especially those small decorative embellishments, which indeed have a good texture under the lens, successfully restoring the character's gorgeous posture in the fantasy.
