[Cinderella cosplay] GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE Chimelong Water Park Cool Water Battle

This time I came to Chimelong Water Park to shoot the summer Swimsuit version of Cinderella from GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE. Since it was an outdoor water shoot, I paid special attention to the waterproof treatment of makeup and wigs during the preliminary preparation stage. The white mesh see-through cardigan matched with the Swimsuit is very refreshing, and the pink glowing sign at the waist is also very eye-catching under the water light. To maintain a good state in the water, I used a waterproof and sweat-proof formula for my base makeup, chose high-oxygen-permeability daily disposable red contact lenses, and cared for the wig to prevent tangling. During the shoot, the photographer Yuanpo was very good at guiding. To show the liveliness of water, I tried different poses, such as sitting by the pool kicking water, or being half-immersed in the water. Capturing the moment when water splashes fly is a huge test of shutter speed, but the images captured this way are much more vivid than just standing dryly. Chimelong's pool water is transparently blue, forming a great color contrast with the white clothes. Shooting under direct sunlight with strong light makes the water surface prone to reflection, so it was necessary to constantly adjust the shooting angle to avoid overexposure in the frame. Moving around in the water actually consumes a lot of physical energy; clothes become heavy after getting wet, and movement is also restricted. However, the moment the water splashes up, the heat of summer is swept away, and the whole person feels very relaxed. This water play shoot at Chimelong not only completed a satisfying cosplay work, but also took the opportunity to experience the fun of a water park. From the slide background to the lush green plants, Chimelong provides very rich real-scenery combinations of nature and amusement parks, which is very suitable for this kind of summer-themed shooting. Regarding props, the pink glowing magical girl sign is a very interesting detail; it's not only a belt decoration, but can also create a unique glowing effect during underwater shooting, but because it easily darkens when getting wet, I often had to check whether its connection buckle was loose. The silver-blue twin-tail wig looks colder in color after getting wet, but the weight increases and it tends to sag, so I spent a lot of time adjusting the balance point between the wig and the white rose hair accessory on top of the head, ensuring that during the splashing snapshots, the hair wouldn't stick messily to the face, but maintain a fluffy texture. To capture the perfect water splash, like the photo of kicking water splashes, although it looks like a simple action, to make the shape of the splashing water look good, I actually tried six or seven times. The exertion method of the ankle, the angle of the water surface, and the burst timing of the photographer all had to be just right. While soaking in the water, I had to control my expressions while watching out for the slippery pool edge underfoot to prevent slipping; these are all experiences accumulated in actual shooting. The unique amusement facilities of Chimelong Water Park, such as the blue slides and colorful background buildings, added a very rich amusement park atmosphere to this set of photos. Although there were occasionally passing tourists in the background, through a large-aperture lens and clever composition, they could be well blurred out to keep the frame clean. Facing direct sunlight, the character's face is prone to shadows, so sunscreen and touch-ups are indispensable links, especially by the water side, where sunscreen must be waterproof and sweat-proof physical sunscreen to avoid polluting the pool water.
