For this shoot at Firefly ACG Expo, I wore this white-and-blue ensemble, and the overall look captured the airy, translucent vibe I had envisioned. The outfit exhibited delicate textures under natural outdoor sunlight—especially the pearl choker along the neckline, the yellow star accessory at the chest, and the blue cross hair clips, all catching brilliant glints in backlit shots. The weather was bright and sunny, putting the photographer's lighting control to the test. The low upward angle in the first photo utilized blurred tree foliage to frame facial contours and shoulder exposure, while white gloves and sheer organza cuffs added visual depth. To preserve this ethereal glow, post-processing focused on recovering highlights and lifting shadows to prevent the White dress from blowing out and losing texture.
The second frame captured a relaxed reclining pose, keeping body lines fluid to complement the outfit's character concept. The third shot adopted an upright frontal stance with clasped hands, presenting the bodice structure and yellow stripe accents cleanly. Finding an uncluttered green strip amidst crowded convention halls was a lucky break. Styling Blonde hair into thick braids with straight bangs required meticulous hairspray work to maintain a natural curvature. Natural backlight sculpted radiant edge highlights effortlessly. Adding blue crosses and star motifs gave this classic white aesthetic distinct individuality, culminating in an idyllic, pristine set of Convention photos.
