Regarding this set of CICF convention photos for Cinderella from Goddess of Victory: Nikke, the overall shoot was quite compact and seamless. The primary shooting location was set along a relatively open street outside the venue, avoiding the complex indoor lighting and crowded backgrounds inside the convention as much as possible, using natural outdoor light and the asphalt road to present the character's texture.

In terms of design, this outdoor maid outfit focuses on a black-and-white contrast scheme, utilizing off-the-shoulder and halter neck cuts paired with a black-and-white bow tie and generous white ruffles to highlight the character's shoulder and neck lines. The upper black corset section uses a fabric with a subtle sheen reminiscent of patent leather, casting a sharp silhouette under the sunlight. The waist features a crisscross lacing design, complemented by the layered white mini-skirt with black lace trimming underneath, creating rich dimensional layers. There is also a striking pink stylized emblem on the side of the skirt, serving as a highly recognizable visual highlight that adds a splash of playful color to the overall black-and-white outfit.

For the makeup and wig, considering the demands of moving around outdoors at the convention, the height of the white pigtails and the large black hair bows on both sides were reinforced and adjusted multiple times to prevent deforming while walking. The silver-white strands held a lovely luster in natural light, which, paired with light blue contact lenses, unified the overall facial color balance. My legs were styled with white pantyhose and clear stiletto heels; this white stockings cosplay look with high heels perfectly fits the character's airy, slightly distant aura, while the soft white reflections visually elongated the legs.

Working with the photographer was effortless and synchronized, focusing mainly on candid shots rather than forced, rigid poses. Moments like gently lifting the ends of my hair with both hands or standing on one leg looking back were captured when my mood and state were relaxed, making the resulting images look much more vivid and natural. In terms of posing, because transparent heels were involved, I had to manage my balance carefully to avoid swaying on uneven outdoor pavement. The photographer's composition alternated between full-body and medium shots: some shots incorporated the full body alongside the street background, using yellow road lines to guide the eye, while others focused on half-body framing to highlight the garment textures and facial light-shadow interplay.

Shooting under natural outdoor light meant that light angles heavily influenced the outcome. Luckily, the weather that day was mild, offering soft, glare-free illumination that preserved both the translucency of the white stockings and the glossy highlights of the black corset without blowouts. The biggest challenge of shooting outside a convention venue is managing surrounding pedestrians and traffic. As a major expo, CICF attracts dense crowds, so capturing several sets of photos with clean backgrounds and centered framing truly tested the photographer's timing and depth-of-field control.

To maintain outfit cleanliness and wig fluffiness during the shoot, we paused after every few sets to touch up the look, keeping dust at bay and preventing the wind from messing up the hair. Compared to studio photography, natural light can be tricky to control, but it imbues the images with a sense of realism and clarity that complex studio lighting can rarely replicate. Finally, the venue directions and security routes at this CICF event were well-organized, making it easy to relocate for different outdoor shots and ensuring that larger poses could be performed safely.
