The layers of this "Colorful Garment Song" outfit are truly numerous. The outer purple wide-sleeved coat features a black spliced collar, with embroidered appliqués featuring circular patterns sewn along the edges. The inner layer consists of a white crossed-collar top and a gradient skirt hem, where the transition from cyan to white has a fantastic texture under the lighting. The pink waistband and decorative knot at the waist add a bit of lively pop to the overall deep purple. For the hairstyle, besides the dark brown slightly curly long hair, a side braid was specially woven, and the butterfly hair accessory on top echoes the theme. The moment I put on the veil, my vision was somewhat restricted, with the bead curtains swaying in front of me, but this actually made it easier for me to enter that mysterious and introverted emotional state.

The shooting venue was arranged with a black backdrop background, hung with golden picture frames and green vine plants, while orange-red sheer curtains draped from above. I held a tower-shaped hollowed-out small incense burner in my hand, and the smoke effect at the top gave the frame a sense of flow. Sitting on the dark reflective floor, scattered with white petals around me and accented with vintage orange-yellow roses nearby. The props included not only the incense burner, but also a cyan-green long woven knot and a translucent embroidered round fan. While holding and playing with the cyan-green knot, my fingertips could feel the drape of the tassels. The moment I opened the pitch-black oil-paper umbrella, paired with the high-angle overhead perspective, the entire aura settled down.

"Thousands of threads of grievances and grudges, twisted into gold threads to embroider colorful butterflies." This line kept echoing in my mind. While shooting these photos, I kept trying to capture that effortless yet somewhat wistful expression. By half-covering my face with the round fan or slightly lowering my head, I presented the character's sense of story. To showcase the flowiness of the costume, I tried multiple adjustments in movement and positioning, ensuring every turn and raised hand allowed the water sleeves and skirt hem to display the best curve.

This styling is not just visual complexity, but also an expression of emotion. From the selection of costume materials to the matching of various small props, every detail strives to align with the setting of Tooth Fairy's "Colorful Garment Song" in Reverse: 1999. The lighting setup at the shooting site also took a lot of effort, highlighting the silk-like luster of the clothes, especially the hidden patterns on the purple coat and the reflections at the black spliced joints. This visual experience of finding a balance between retro and fantasy made me feel that all the preparations were completely worth it at the moment the lens froze. The black umbrella among the props is actually quite heavy, and the action of holding it open requires controlling the arm's strength to maintain posture stability. Meanwhile, those hanging pearl chains and tassels sway naturally in the breeze or slight movement, bringing vitality to the static photos. To match the cyan-green water sleeves, the ring on my finger was also chosen in a matching color scheme; these small details often play a finishing touch in close-ups. Looking closely at this outfit, you will find many exquisite embroideries and hidden patterns, which is also a very enjoyable part of the cosplay preparation process.
