For this Cartethyia cosplay at the Changchun Comic Convention, I paid special attention to restoring the light and agile visual texture of the character. To make Cartethyia's image more three-dimensional, I made many detailed considerations in the tailoring proportions and material selection of the clothing, especially the drape of the outer layer of tulle, which can well present a sense of flow under the event lighting. As a set of convention photos of Chu Li, this makeup style mainly leans towards fresh and natural color transitions, aiming to restore Cartethyia's ethereal temperament that belongs to the world of Wuthering Waves. During the shooting process, not only did I communicate with many friends on site about various details of the game plot, but I also really enjoyed this process of resonating with everyone through the character; this interaction is one of the most charming aspects of a comic convention. Regarding post-production color grading, I also had multiple repeated communications with teacher Qiu Ku, striving to accurately capture the atmospheric sense of the game in terms of light and shadow processing and color saturation. In the polishing of these details, I can better feel the pursuit of the character's soul in 2D creation, and I hope to bring you equally beautiful visual enjoyment.
