[Keqing cosplay] Genshin Impact: Yuheng of the Qixing in Midnight Elegance

Today I am sharing a set of Genshin Impact Keqing cosplay photoshoot pictures, recreating the game's midnight-themed evening gown featuring a palette of deep navy and black. Compared to her standard combat attire, this dress integrates far more elegance and ornate flair, leaving an unforgettable visual impact that I decided to fully realize in a studio setting.

The costume is exceptionally rich in detail. The black bandeau top features subtle cutouts, while the neck piece incorporates black lace and feathers that fill the collarbone area with an air of dark mystery. Sheer navy chiffon sleeves and golden embroidery along both arms serve as highlights, where the flowing ribbons drape freely to catch subtle motion even when standing still. The skirt is tailored from metallic-sheen bright blue fabric layered over black pleats with silver trim along the hemline, shifting in dimension and luster under varying light angles. For the hair, I wore a light lavender long straight wig styled into high side buns wrapped with dark blue ribbon bows. The makeup accentuated deep reddish blending at the outer corners of the eyes alongside vivid blue contacts, channeling Keqing's cool, sharp composure.

The studio set was crafted with an authentic Eastern classical atmosphere. The core background feature was an enormous circular lightbox glowing like a full moon, surrounded by lush bamboo shoots, red maple leaves, and white crane statues, complemented by calligraphy scrolls and bamboo blinds on the back wall—perfectly echoing Liyue's visual identity. For lighting, a cold white ring light behind me acted as the primary key to sculpt rim highlights along my hair and shoulders, while a softbox and low fill lit the face smoothly. Warm amber lanterns in the corners provided gentle color contrast, deepening the spatial perspective.

During shooting, I handled two props with contrasting styles. The first was a black lace folding fan; sitting on a wooden chair with crossed legs highlighted the contours of my stockings and beautiful legs in heels, fostering an elegant, composed mood. The second was an oversized red-and-blue greatsword, which instantly recaptured her combat-ready edge as a master swordswoman when held in offensive or defensive stances. To present this styling from every dimension, I moved through kneeling poses, perching on the chair's edge, and leaning upright. Adjusting body angles allowed the lights to carve out the gown's silhouette cleanly, bringing out the dramatic tension inherent in the outfit even when motionless. I am thoroughly pleased with how this photoshoot turned out; the fabric textures and scenic harmony both realized my initial vision. I hope these photos allow everyone to feel that singular blend of poise and sharpness radiating from Liyue's Yuheng in the dead of night.
