From getting this costume to putting it on, the whole process was actually much more of a hassle than imagined. Today was purely a Cosplay fitting session without a wig or full makeup, just wanting to check the tailoring and fit on the body first. Once I put it on, I have to say the cut of this design truly knows how to accentuate strengths. The white cropped midriff-baring top paired with the small black jacket hits right at the narrowest part of the waistline. The lower body's black raw-hem denim shorts paired with the Leg garter featuring a metal buckle directly elongate body proportions visually. That bright green plush item hanging at the waist—I was originally worried it might look cumbersome, but after adjusting its position higher, it became a visual highlight, forming a sharp color contrast with the black palette without feeling dull.

I particularly want to talk about these platform boots. The soles are very thick, providing great support when walking, and the height-boosting effect is immediate. Combined with the shorts and Leg garter, the whole aura was instantly elevated. When I first put them on, I was worrying if the waist of the shorts was too low, but bending over or making movements showed that it sits right on the hip bones—neither slipping down nor feeling too tight. The tightness of the Leg garter was adjusted twice: too loose and it slips, too tight and it leaves marks. Right now, it fits the thigh snugly, carrying a cool and edgy feel.

Because it was a Cosplay fitting, I didn't wear a wig, just tousled my blonde hair to be a bit fluffier, making it look closer to an everyday state, but one could already feel the character's bold personality. When trying it on, I spun around in front of the mirror several times and found that the waistline from the front and the backpack buckle details from the side were all well-executed, especially the heart badge on the back, along with the raw-hem edges, which keep the shorts from looking plain from behind. I think the biggest taboo in cosplay is ill-fitting clothing; this size was chosen just right, without the awkwardness of being loose and baggy or uncomfortably tight.

After taking these two photos, I was actually drenched in sweat, since the indoor heating was quite strong, but to record first-hand fitting results, I still persisted in striking a few poses. The pose of raising an arm in Photo 1 was actually to pull the jacket collar, but it turned out quite natural; standing on one leg in Photo 2 was to check the connection between the Leg garter and boots, and taking mirror selfies after stabilizing the center of gravity was quite a test of balance. Overall, this outfit blends the Gyaru style with the game character's design language very well; wearing it out for daily shopping would probably turn a lot of heads too.

As a cosplayer, I often encounter the question of "Does it look like the character when worn?", but this costume basically requires little extra modification to reveal character traits. Because the character's look itself is highly recognizable, the contrast between bright accessories and the black dominant tone, plus midriff-baring and leg-revealing elements, belongs to visual motifs that match up at first glance. Today's fitting gives me confidence for the upcoming official shoot, knowing which angles highlight strengths and hide weaknesses, and which details need extra attention. For example, with that green small pouch, I might sew and secure it slightly during the official shoot to prevent it from swinging around during big movements.

Although the fitting process was simple, every time I get new clothes, there's always a feeling of "rebirth," as if briefly detaching from my daily self to enter the state of another character. This feeling is wonderful and is one of the reasons why I love cosplay. If there are opportunities in the future, I'd also like to try pairing it with different makeup and hairstyles to see if I can unearth more styles. That's all for today's look, leaving a record as a closure to my fitting results.
