This set of photos was captured at an indoor swimming pool. The core idea was to convey the languid tranquility of a summer afternoon, which took extensive experimentation with lighting and color schemes. For the wig, I selected a pale blue bob, retaining natural layered textures during cutting while intentionally adding a pink cord knot and an X-shaped hairpin on the left side as styling accents. Makeup focused on subtle reddish gradients around the eyes and a soft blush on the cheeks, avoiding overdrawn theatricality to preserve a crystal-clear, Sweet girl cosplay look. The outfit paired a sailor-collar one-piece swimsuit with a white short-sleeved top and a red neckerchief tied at the chest, creating a vivid, high-contrast palette.

Set in an indoor pool, the 3:00 PM sunlight streamed through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating soft, flattering side-backlighting. This illumination washed over the blue hair, rendering a translucent texture while sculpting a delicate rim light along the silhouette. The poolside was lined with blue-and-white mosaic tiles, while wooden lockers in the background added warm tones softened into creamy bokeh by a wide aperture, locking the viewer's focus entirely on the subject.

To complement the poolside environment, I wore white over-the-knee stockings for this Stockings cosplay. Stepping into the pool caused the stockings to turn semi-sheer upon contact with water, clinging tightly to my legs while trapping tiny water droplets—a textural metamorphosis that looked magical on camera. The shoot involved numerous crouching, kneeling, and sock-adjusting poses; while appearing effortless and candid, they required repeated repositioning along the edge to balance angles and lighting ratios. The blue-and-white inflatable swim ring served as a wonderful auxiliary prop, adding color layers and enriching body poses—whether hugging it or leaning against it—to break up visual monotony. The shot biting the neckerchief was actually a candid snap during a break; while I was brainstorming the next posture, the photographer caught that natural moment and hit the shutter.

In expressing emotion, capturing the character's quiet, slightly detached demeanor hinged on where my gaze landed. Rather than staring directly into the lens, looking toward the water or slightly downward with a gently spaced-out expression felt most authentic. I hope these photos allow everyone to feel that gentle afternoon coolness, sharing a state of mind that bridges everyday Anime-style fashion with dreamy fantasy. Without forcing exaggerated gestures, simply sitting or standing quietly to experience the present moment was more than enough.
