Looking for reciprocal (TF) photographers and handlers for Suzhou ICA on August 22-23, attending both days. Day 1 is Li Sushang, and Day 2 is Bronya Herrscher of Reason. Li Sushang's coordinate comes with a complete set of garments and a prop sword; Herrscher of Reason doesn't feature physical large props, but I have Project Bunny assets that can be directly composited in post-production, so final image quality is fully guaranteed.
For the TF photographer, I hope you have prior convention shooting experience and can nail dynamic candid shots. Li Sushang's sword carries some heft, requiring safe spatial clearance during swings; for framing, I prefer a healthy mix of full-body and medium-distance wide shots to showcase the cascading layers of the skirt. Having a handler to help toss the hem would be incredible; if the blue-and-white ombré skirt catches a natural breeze and billows open, the visual tension will be phenomenal. The Herrscher of Reason costume is quite form-fitting, so poses will lean toward technological, cold, and composed vibes. We can leverage the venue's industrial-style or cool-toned backgrounds during capture, and since Project Bunny will be added in post, negative space and framing composition should be discussed beforehand.
As for the handler, duties mainly involve watching over the sword and backpacks during transit, as well as tossing the hem, fixing hair, and adjusting accessories during shoots. Conventions are crowded, and having a handler makes transitions and status adjustments vastly faster. Regarding return photos, I generally edit and deliver within a week; if you have specific platforms you wish to publish on, please let me know beforehand so I can fine-tune watermarks or covers to fit the platform's aesthetic.
To prep for these two days of shooting, I've been actively training my stamina and facial expression management recently. Li Sushang's movements are expansive, requiring grace and lightness while minding the sword's trajectory, which places demands on core strength. Herrscher of Reason's outfit has numerous intricate details requiring securing—especially around the waist and shoulders—taking considerable time to dress, so I will arrive at the venue one hour early on both days.
I will bring my own basic fill-light equipment, but if the photographer has specific lenses or lighting concepts in mind, we can coordinate in the group chat ahead of time. In case of overcast weather or suboptimal indoor lighting, I am fully flexible in adjusting positions, seeking out window natural light or utilizing booth illumination. If you need me to strike specific poses or execute narrative-driven concepts, feel free to send reference images; I will do my utmost to recreate them.
The two-day con schedule is packed, so I hope collaborating photographers arrive punctually and give at least half a day's notice for any changes so I can readjust the timeline. Excited to capture stunning frames on site and co-produce top-tier Honkai Impact 3rd cosplay photoshoots together.
