The original shooting plan was actually adjusted several times due to weather reasons, but fortunately, I successfully aligned schedules with teacher Xi in the end. This time, the look featured for the shoot is Fu Hua's "Azure Court" from Honkai Impact 3rd; the scene selected a South of France style manor, paired with a black grand piano and fresh flowers, which was unexpectedly a great match for the artistic conception of this costume.

Regarding the restoration of this costume, my selection of the tulle material during early preparations was quite refined. The layered light blue and white thin tulle patchwork design, combined with the long skirt hem, offers an excellent sense of extension when walking around. The small accessories on the head and the hair color were also meticulously handled; the deep teal long hair and this outfit form a subtle echo in warm and cool tones. Having communicated with teacher Xi, we didn't want to shoot this costume too heavily but rather desired that flowing and classically serene visual effect, so the utilization of light this time was overall rather soft, belonging to a daylight ambient feel.

During the shooting process, there were many fun details. For instance, when sitting before the piano, the tulle hem of the long dress easily rubbed against the wooden surface of the piano bench, requiring constant attention to the direction the skirt hem spread out. Another thing is the falling white feathers in the pictures, which can be considered a minor highlight of this shoot. However, during the actual shoot, because feathers are lightweight objects, even a tiny breeze would make them deviate from our expected trajectory, requiring repeated attempts many times before catching those most natural split seconds. There was also the feel of the high heels on the wooden floor; the original soles were quite hard, but to stay close to the character's setting, I needed to keep the center of gravity stable during standing postures at all times.

The photographer, teacher Xi, is great at catching details. Especially under backlit environments, they could absorb the lighting effects of the large window behind me and the green plants outside very translucently, making the character's edge silhouette exceptionally clear. The architectural texture of the South of France manor venue itself was preserved very well—those mottled walls and wooden window frames all became naturally excellent shooting backdrops. The fresh flower arrangements coordinated by the prop team were also just right, keeping the frame from looking too empty.

Being able to completely present this look this time gives me a strong sense of accomplishment. Although preparing materials and wearing a multi-layered tulle long dress under high temperatures was rather exhausting, seeing the light, shadow, and clothing lines perfectly combine in the finished photos makes me feel everything was completely worth it. This is my personal understanding and attempt at character styling for this piece of Anime cosplay.
