[Komazawa Noi cosplay] Bilibili World Convention Photos: A Fantastic Rendition of Cosmic Princess Kaguya!

The convention photos from Bilibili World are finally retouched! We took quite a few shots, but I'm sharing these three first, featuring Komazawa Noi from Cosmic Princess Kaguya!. Extensive preparation went into the costume and props beforehand. The outfit creates an immediate visual impact with its color-blocked pink and deep purple, complemented by white ruffled accents for rich layers. However, the wide bell sleeves and ornate apron catch easily on things while walking, so I had to lift my hem slightly when moving through the hall.

For the wig, I styled long straight black hair with purple-pink peekaboo highlights, trimming the bangs right above the brow to retain clean hair texture on camera. The large black-and-white plush Animal ears and red horns carried notable weight, requiring reinforced bobby pins inside the wig net that tightened on the scalp by the end of the day. Red contact lenses combined with reddish eye makeup naturally matched the character aesthetic, with eye drops carried on hand against the venue's dry air.

Each of the three photos explores a different dynamic. The first frontal finger-heart pose radiates cheerful approachable warmth, leaning the torso slightly forward with a natural stance. The second profile pose touching the head highlights the side silhouette and ruffled skirt tiers, where cross-legged standing elongates the leg line framed by the White stockings and pink thigh garter. The third close-up required precise hand placement to prevent sleeve bulk from casting facial shadows. Using an on-camera speedlight against muted concrete architecture separated the vibrant palette cleanly, making all the stamina and meticulous post-care entirely worthwhile.
