[Ryuge Kisaki cosplay] Blue Archive Custom Design Uniform and Folding Fan Outdoor Shoot Log

The retouching for this Ryuge Kisaki Custom design cosplay set is finally wrapped. Because this isn't the canon in-game attire but rather an academy-style uniform I curated myself, a quick foreword: this set reflects heavy personal aesthetic interpretation, so apologies in advance for any OOC liberties.

The Location shoot was staged around stone steps in a park, set against a grey decorative lattice brick wall and lush greenery for an organic ambiance. The sunlight was brilliant that day; while casting clear shadows across my face and wardrobe, the overall texture was fantastic. To complement this outfit, I prepared a black-and-white folding fan painted with bamboo and butterfly motifs, alongside a purple canned energy drink as a prop.

Looking into the wardrobe details: the top is a long-sleeved light-blue button-down shirt, accented at the collar with a black ribbon bow centered with a heart-shaped metallic clasp. Across the chest are black suspender straps and crisscrossed frog fasteners, adding a subtle touch of modernized traditional flair. The cuffs feature wide bell sleeves gathered with black drawstrings, providing an elegant drape. The bottom is a high-waisted black pleated miniskirt finished with delicate black lace trim along the hem. The belt buckle is also heart-shaped, tying in neatly with the collar ornament.

For accessories, I wore a silver-grey metallic crescent moon headpiece atop dual twin buns, each pinned with blue ribbon bows at the side. The wig was straight, dark-navy hair cut with blunt bangs. On my legs were black over-the-knee Stockings adorned with blue bows along the top bands, paired with black leather loafers. Styling the wig took considerable effort, requiring hairspray to lock down both the bangs and the twin buns. Since it was an outdoor shoot, walking around easily disheveled the hair, requiring multiple makeup touch-ups along the way.

During shooting, I rotated through several poses. In the seated shots on the stone steps, I held the fan across my chest with the drink in my other hand, crossing my legs to accentuate leg lines and the over-the-knee socks. Standing against the wall, I hooked one foot against the brickwork to elongate my silhouette while highlighting the skirt's lace trims and the garment's fluid drape. In another setup, I stood along the steps looking back over my shoulder, holding the folding fan in one hand while letting the other drape naturally. The blue-and-black palette delivered crisp color contrast under the bright outdoor sun.

To be honest, these photos were taken quite a while ago, so posting them now is definitely digging up the archives. But because I genuinely adore this styling, I still wanted to document it. Blinding sunlight caused me to squint in many frames, making image selection a tedious chore, but the chosen set showcases natural poses and expressions. Archiving them now serves as a sweet memento of the effort poured into this shoot.
