For this shoot, I chose a pure white set with a studio floral photoshoot design. Abundant white hydrangeas and roses were tastefully layered across white steps and a plush carpet, while translucent white sheer curtains hung in the background. Combined with cool yet soft overall lighting, it created a remarkably clean, sacred atmosphere of light and shadow.
I put much thought into matching the outfit and styling for this Blonde cosplay. Long golden hair paired with bangs featuring blue cross hair accessories, topped with a wide-brimmed white soft hat, instantly set the character's base tone. The outer layer was a loose white robe with delicate black lace trim stitched along the cuffs and hemline, while underneath was a black short skirt with golden stripes—this black, white, and gold color-blocking gave rich layering in the white scene. The blue tassel around my neck and small chest ornaments kept the upper body from looking plain. I chose breathable black textured gloves to create a strong visual contrast against the white sleeves.
Props were a crucial highlighting factor for this shoot. I prepared a long black-and-gold staff topped with delicate golden wings; holding it allowed me to instantly immerse myself in that mysterious yet elegant persona. Additionally, I brought a dark-covered classic book; holding it to my chest while seated and looking into the camera not only enhanced the graceful aura but also smoothed out hand and body posture transitions.
During the shoot, I intentionally tried three sitting poses of different styles. The first was sitting sideways on the carpet, holding the staff with one hand while leaning slightly forward, using the black gloves and staff to form a sharp visual center; the second was a half-body seated composition with legs crossed, holding the book to my chest while casting a dreamy gaze to convey a quiet, tranquil reading mood; the third, which was my personal favorite, was sitting on the steps with both hands gently touching the hat brim while extending my legs naturally toward the left side of the frame. This angle cleverly elongated leg proportions while fully showcasing the pairing details of this White tights cosplay with high boots.
To make the leg visuals look cleaner, I wore skin-toned white tights paired with white high boots. The gold buckles and blue lace details on the boots delightfully echoed the blue tassel on the collar. Under the light illumination, the tights and boots presented a delicate sheen, contrasting beautifully with the soft texture of the plush carpet. During framing, the photographer paid special attention to proportion, ensuring the subject remained dead-center without cropping off any limbs at the edges.
For makeup, I opted for a fresh, translucent base paired with peach-pink eyeshadow and natural nude-pink lips to avoid harshness from heavy makeup. Combined with the golden wig and red contact lenses, it perfectly balanced the cool tones of the outfit. The wig was combed repeatedly to achieve natural soft curls without looking messy; once the white hat was put on, the hair color looked exceptionally bright.
Although adjusting the staff, book, and skirt positions took considerable time during the shoot, the photographer captured many candid, natural moments. I truly love this quiet yet powerful shooting style, which requires no dramatic poses but relies on gazes and subtle postures to stay true to the character.
