From the design stage, this Dusk look focused heavily on recreating the character's cool yet slightly dazed traits. The inner white cheongsam dress was custom-made, featuring a subtle woven jacquard texture that drapes more smoothly after washing, and the blue-and-white gradient print on the hem aligns with the visual focus of the character's outfit design. The jacket was made of glossy black leather, with the collar and sleeve piping covered in a laser-textured print, creating a sharp contrast in reflections against the skirt hem. The wig took the longest to craft, with a deep black-blue base and a few bright blue highlights on the surface. Combined with the gradient dragon horns on my head, it presents an excellent sense of visual layering under both convention panel lights and natural light color temperatures. The makeup treatment focused on capturing the eyes, with a clean and matte base, emphasizing the red colored contact lenses and the elongated contours at the outer corners. Paired with the slender elf ear accessories, the facial expression fit well with the cool demeanor in the character setting. This photoshoot was captured by Master Jinli. The location was chosen in an indoor corridor, highlighting the character subject through the venue's ambient light and a blurred background board. The small plush doll held in my hands served as a photo prop, naturally supporting my hands during poses to avoid looking stiff in front of the lens. Since the jacket is quite thick overall, I deliberately chose a half-draped style during the shoot, which both revealed the bowtie details underneath and kept the leather jacket's silhouette from looking bulky. During breaks in the shoot, I also exchanged tips on wig styling and costume storage with veteran enthusiasts on-site, making for a very relaxed atmosphere. This costume requires high standards for detail control. Once put on and standing before the lens, one can truly feel the character's own life presence and narrative depth. Every set of convention photos is an extension of my understanding of the character. The composition of this release nicely balanced the costume material representation with the character's dynamics, making the entire shoot very smooth.
