This time portraying Plana, I did a lot of homework on styling accuracy. First, the biggest challenge was this long white wig; I adjusted the pink gradient at the hair ends several times to achieve that natural transition effect. To present the characteristic layering of 2D anime, the forehead part of the wig was trimmed quite finely, and after wearing it, the bangs needed to be slowly styled to naturally cover part of the eyes. The red floating halo prop on top of the head is the soul of the entire setup; it used wire for skeleton support inside, and then was fixed to the headband with thin brackets. Because it has some weight, during the shoot, when encountering wind, I had to pay attention to adjusting the angle to prevent it from tilting. In terms of clothing, to reflect Plana's unique systemic feel, a relatively stiff navy blue sailor uniform was chosen, and the white neckerchief at the collar was specially ironed to keep it crisp. The black long trench coat draped outside is the key to enhancing the aura; a slightly loose pattern was chosen, draped directly over the shoulders, bringing wind to the hem when walking, which can effectively suppress the 2D feel of the inner outfit, making the overall look more practical and cool. The lower body pairing is classic black stockings paired with black loafers; the thickness of the stockings was deliberately chosen to be slightly translucent so that under natural light it presents a slight matte texture, paired with glossy leather shoes, making the lines of the instep and ankles look cleaner and preventing them from feeling heavy. This time, the shooting location was chosen in an outdoor park and walkways; sunlight filtered through the leaves onto the body, which is very friendly to the silver-white wig, allowing it to capture that translucent texture. When sitting on a bench or leaning against a railing, holding that black long-handled umbrella in hand was actually to add some movement support for the hands, avoiding looking awkward standing stiffly. In terms of expression management, Plana belongs to that type of character who talks little and carries a slightly inorganic coolness, so during the shoot I tried my best to keep my face relaxed, my gaze somewhat vacant, with a slight sense of innocence, matching the pinkish eye makeup, adding a touch of 2D-unique fragility on top of the cool base tone. Throughout the shoot, the moment the trench coat was blown by the wind and the visual contrast formed by the long hair and black stockings were what satisfied me the most, and thanks also to the photographer's patient guidance.
