As soon as this Sunna cosplay wardrobe arrived, I set up an indoor studio session right away. The ensemble is a black-and-white Maid outfit with crisp tailoring that sits wonderfully when worn. The collar is pristine white, centered with a crimson necktie dangling a golden bell. Black puff sleeves feature ruffled white cuffs and are printed with whimsical white cartoon cat faces along the sides, injecting playful energy into the garment.
For the wig, I selected a pastel grey-green curly style; the curls at the ends were sculpted just right, with the bangs trimmed neatly to flatter my facial contours. The Cat ears headband was the soul of the styling—black outer fur paired with pink inner linings. To ensure they stood firmly upright, I reinforced the headband with multiple bobby pins along the underside. A black heart clip adorned the bangs, flanked by tiny white ghost and green bat hairpins that substantially enriched the dimensional textures around the head.
To align with an Anime cosplay aesthetic, I wore emerald green contact lenses, softly elongated the lower lash line with reddish-brown eyeshadow, applied prominent lower lashes, and blended a generous sweep of blush for a doll-like appearance. To flatter proportions, I styled over-the-knee White stockings accented by a white thigh garter bearing a round emblem tag. During seated poses, I continuously adjusted the angle of my legs to prevent pressure distortion, keeping leg lines sleek and graceful.
For props, the rigid scarlet backpack was a total showstopper. Styled like a vintage messenger box or utility kit, it features black vent hole accents on the sides and white numeric labels. Its texture was fantastic, though it carried considerable weight; the straps dug into my shoulders, requiring me to keep an upright posture throughout. A pair of translucent white miniature wings was mounted to the pack, balancing out its physical bulk with airy lightness.
The shoot took place in a studio corner packed with plush toys; the background plushie wall infused the frame with vibrant playfulness. I cycled through standing, seated, and close-up compositions. Because the outfit contains numerous ruffles and sharp monochrome contrast, we applied diffused soft lighting to keep the red bag and White stockings smooth and natural.
For poses, I channeled Sunna's signature cuteness by tugging gently at the red necktie or bunching up the ruffled cuffs to avoid rigid poses. The styling was packed with intricate details—from wig texture and fabric draping to metallic hardware. Though tiring, seeing the final selects made every single tweak completely worthwhile.
