The costume design for The Herta is exceptionally layered, with every nuance—from the corseted tailoring to the geometric hemlines—reinforcing the character's aloof, mysterious disposition. To capture that trademark detachment of a Genius Society member, the makeup deliberately deepened the eyeshadow blending; pairing cascading light lavender locks with an oversized pointed witch hat instantly commands the entire frame with undeniable presence.

To deepen visual layering, I opted for black over-the-knee stockings paired with black leather knee-high boots adorned with golden key insignias. Shooting within a sprawling convention hall, the expansive, muted gray architectural space functioned as a neutral canvas that made the vibrant purples pop. Locking in an ideal spellcasting stance frequently required holding deep half-crouches or side profiles for extended intervals; thankfully, the compression of the Black stockings and structured boots provided physical support, keeping leg contours taut and poised before the lens.
