For this makeup test of Mary idol cosplay, the core focus was mainly on coordinating the overall styling, costume, and props. Because it's in the makeup trial stage, the halo is still being crafted, so it wasn't worn this time. The wig features bright orange-golden blonde hair, styled into thick braided pigtails on both sides, with the back taking extra time to tease into a full, rounded curve. Paired on top, the animal ears (Blonde hair, animal ears) have rich layered coloring that needed angle adjustments following the hairstyle's flow. On the black mini top hat, the yellow rose and semi-translucent mesh netting were reinforced at the base to ensure a quality structure without looking cheap.

For the Anime-style makeup, the key was pairing green colored contacts with dark eyeliner, slightly elongating the outer eye corners and combining with generously blended pinkish-red blush to evoke the character's distinct charm. Subtle adjustments were made to the under-eye area and lip color to add dimensionality on camera. The top consists of a grey pleated corset-style bodice; the black ruffled trim at the neckline contrasts nicely with the bright yellow bowtie on the chest, while the wide black leather belt with silver rivets and white geometric patterns across the voluminous skirt add strong layered depth.
