The finished edits from this Seaside cosplay Swimsuit photo set by the beach are finally ready. When shooting back then, the coastal wind was exceptionally strong, and the jagged rocks made walking difficult, presenting quite a challenge throughout the session. Because this outfit design inherently has a distinct competitive racing swimwear style—utilizing a dark navy primary color patched with bright blue blocks—it looks very crisp and sporty. The shoulder straps and side panels have well-defined division lines; under the reflections of the sea, the fabric's sheen closely captures the visual texture of professional athletic swimsuits while fitting snugly to the body, accentuating the vibrant energy of the character.

To capture the natural atmosphere of sea breeze meeting swimwear, we chose these rugged, rough reef rocks as our backdrop. The dark rocky textures created a strong contrast against the light blue sky and ocean, resulting in a visually clean and refreshing aesthetic. When the sea breeze blew, the silver-gray short wig got slightly tousled, but that actually brought a dynamic sense of motion, making the Kemonomimi girl feel truly interactive with her natural surroundings. The cyan-blue prop halo on my head was quite tricky to stabilize; due to its broad surface area and the continuous coastal wind, I constantly had to adjust it by hand between takes to prevent it from looking tilted in frame.

Beyond costume recreation, prop accuracy was also pivotal for this Shiroko Sunaookami Cosplay set. The matching gray plush animal ears were designed with hidden clips to stay relatively secure at the roots of the hair, while the small cross hairpin by the ear added a neat finishing detail. To facilitate moving across the reef and adjusting poses while standing, I wore black open-toe flat sandals. Their grip on slippery, sharp rocks was decent, offering much more stability than heels. When shooting outdoor Seaside cosplay like this, precautions are essential—one careless move could easily lead to sunburn or scratches from sharp rock edges.

During the shoot, this swimsuit look was quite eye-catching even in quieter spots along the coast. With occasional strolls from nearby tourists, being watched caused a bit of shyness, but once the halo was mounted and the ears adjusted, I quickly snapped into character, focusing solely on the photographer's lens. Lighting control was the key to this outdoor shoot; we experimented with front and side lighting angles to ensure facial clarity and transparency while keeping body contours sharp and natural under the sea breeze and sunlight.

For me, every outdoor shoot in light, form-fitting summer attire requires considerable mental preparation and physical stamina. Moving around in an open outdoor setting while carrying the weight of props can easily be tiring. However, seeing my hair naturally lifted by the ocean breeze and the rippling water blending seamlessly with the sky in the photos made all the effort feel well worth it. This is not only an interpretation of a beloved Blue Archive character, but also a personal record of that summer coastal ambiance.
