[Arona cosplay] Blue Archive's Blue Devil: Outdoor records outside the exhibition hall

On the plaza outside the convention center, the sunlight poured unconditionally onto the white floor tiles, and the glass curtain wall behind reflected the hustle and bustle of passersby. Setting aside complex thoughts, simply wearing this azure-toned sailor suit allows myself to completely blend into the daily atmosphere of the character from Blue Archive. This time, there are no complicated backdrops, relying purely on natural light and the outdoor wind to complete this set of convention photos.

Mentioning this outfit for Arona cosplay, what touches my heart most is the classic blue sailor collar. The ring of white lines along the edge of the collar is punctuated just right, paired with a soft pure white bow on the front chest, balancing the overall visual between blue and white. The white pleated short skirt on the lower body reveals light pleated layers under the sun, the hem swaying naturally with the movement of the body, just exposing a section of the wrapped feel of the white stockings. The ring-shaped halo prop was specially fixed in front of the top of the head, paired with a white bow as a hair ornament; although walking while topping it easily tilts it, it is indeed the soul of the character.

Speaking of this wig, high-saturation ice blue interweaves with silver hair strands, with a layer of pink gradient dye at the ends of the hair, shimmering under the sun. While walking, the gentle breeze blows the hair ends, and stray hairs scatter on the shoulders, making the whole person look more airy. For the makeup, I chose a rather clear base, paired with natural-colored contacts, slightly elongating the eyeliner's curvature at the outer corners, and the lip color is a watery peach tone, presenting an overall school vibe filled with vitality and energy.

During the shoot, I tried different poses. When sitting on the ground, naturally extending both legs utilized a perspective angle to elongate the leg lines, and the white stockings presented a great reflective texture under the sun, echoing with the white floor tiles. When standing, the fingertips of both hands lightly touched each other, creating a playful and light atmosphere. For the post-processing of this set of photos, I handed it over to my commonly used PixCake APP. Among the anime creation tools, I selected several special effects that could make the frame more textured. First is the bright tone adjustment, which allowed the overall image illuminated by strong light to get rid of the greyish feeling, making the colors transparent; the anti-gravity hair effect increased the lightness of the hair strands, looking like frozen moments when the wind blows; especially the fog effect, combined with one-click background purification, softened the originally cluttered crowd background and focused on the character itself. Although the prop section didn't choose to trigger its glowing effect, throughout the entire process, the anime atmosphere of this photo has been completely maxed out.

Shooting a convention photo often brings many temporary, uncertain surprises. Like a passing wind blowing up the hair ends, or passersby throwing curious glances across the space. But recording such vivid, life-filled moments with photos is inherently a very brilliant thing. Just like the impression Arona gives people, even though behind her is a slightly chaotic convention hallway and crowd, the center of the frame remains that blue devil wearing a sailor suit, frozen in a piece of time belonging to herself.

Handling this scale of convention photos on a phone is also very convenient, allowing previewing of the special effects overlay at any time, and outputting to save once satisfied, making this creative experience more portable. After all, the highlight moments belonging to the character do not exist solely in official photoshoots, but also in these real, warm anime convention photos.
