This set of Viviana cosplay themed around the Song of Rituals is finally finished. From adjusting the cut of the costume to the angle of wearing the stag antlers, and down to the draping folds of the cloak, a lot of thought went into the early preparations. During the shoot, we specially chose this scene with classical sculptures and steps, utilizing real candle light sources to build up the atmosphere.

The sword-holding pose in the picture actually highly tested my center of gravity. Because the skirt hem and cloak were very heavy, lifting the sword with one hand while maintaining my posture required taking dozens of shots before selecting a satisfying one. When the candlelight reflected on my face, that faint warm glow was just right to highlight the character's cool and aloof temperament. The post-processing didn't use any overly exaggerated color grading, preserving the field's light and shadow layers as much as possible.

This time, I experimented with a low-key sense of sacredness reminiscent of The Dark Temple, hoping to express Viviana's unique temperament of wandering between blood and holy rituals. The photographer's composition is absolutely amazing, especially that symmetrical depth in Image 3, making the character completely merge into the scene. Although the shoot was exhausting, seeing the final photos makes me feel that everything was completely worth it for this Anime-style photography piece.
