[Ju Fufu cosplay] Feline Energetic Girl in Zenless Zone Zero: Happy Birthday to Senior Sister!

Cosplaying Ju Fufu from Zenless Zone Zero, the yellow-and-black color-blocked jacket paired with fingerless gloves gives the entire styling a tangible, substantial presence. The wig is bright blonde, requiring careful trimming of the wispy front bangs and side strands to match the character, which nicely frames the face and, together with the blue contact lenses, creates a three-dimensional feline character texture for this Kemonomimi cosplay.

When shooting this photo set, I also brought along a real cat for interactive poses. While the caption says "Senior Sister, I'm not a cat!", looking into this cat's big round eyes, I felt I had thoroughly mastered the traits of A well-mannered good cat. In the second photo, holding that fluffy pet, capturing genuine on-camera interaction was truly tricky. During the shoot, I supported the cat's hindquarters with one hand while holding its chest with the other, managing my expressions and keeping the cat calm while maintaining Ju Fufu's tsundere yet energetic gaze. As a cosplayer, shooting alongside animals is definitely a major test of stage control.

Speaking of costume details, the standout highlight of this cosplay lies in the jacket's silhouette. The structured collar and cuffs of the yellow-and-black jacket create a crisp, defined outline once worn. In particular, the dark gray inner shirt features rich layering at the neckline and hem. The orange ID badge hanging on the chest serves as a finishing touch, reflecting the character's organizational identity. The gloves are designed as black fingerless gloves, which are ideal for executing beast-claw gestures. In Photos 1 and 4, I posed with both hands reaching forward with palms outward in a "paws" gesture; paired with these gloves, the feline beast-kin vibe immediately came alive.

For makeup, I applied a slightly paler base foundation to accentuate the anime aesthetic of blonde hair and green eyes. Instead of heavy eyeliner, I deepened the eye contours and aegyo sal (under-eye highlights) to give my gaze a softer, innocent look with an endearing natural charm.

The core theme of this post is celebrating our Senior Sister's birthday. Although Ju Fufu is set as a "cat who is not a cat," at such an important moment as Senior Sister's birthday, as her junior disciple, I naturally wanted to accompany her in the most energetic and joyful spirit.
