[Remielle cosplay] Lost the 50/50 in Zenless Zone Zero, but This White-winged angel Look Is Still Stunning

"Did I get Remielle in a single 10-pull? Nope, I actually lost the 50/50 first." That line is honestly the best depiction of this shoot. Since I finally got her in hand, how could I not faithfully recreate her to do justice to this stroke of unlucky gacha luck? If I was going to do it, I wanted to make it as professional as possible, so I deliberately found a warehouse packed with massive vintage speakers as the venue for this Speaker studio photoshoot. I initially worried that wearing an airy White-winged angel outfit in such a hardcore industrial environment would look jarring, but the photographer used a wide-angle lens paired with warm orange rim light cast from the rear side, blending the cool white wings and expansive dark speakers with immense visual impact in this Cosplay photography project.

The toughest part of this challenge was actually the wing props on my back. While looking featherlight, they were extremely heavy with an unstable center of gravity, threatening to droop downward if I wasn't careful. To maintain visual balance in the photos, I tested lifting my shoulders countless times; thankfully, the final semi-suspended floating pose turned out rather elegant. The outfit features sheer tulle and ruffled designs; though ethereal, putting it on was quite tedious—especially the delicate chains and thigh bands draped over my legs. I spent ages adjusting their positions to keep them from digging into the skin. The skirt isn't long, so lifting a leg required careful vigilance against wardrobe malfunctions, but to emphasize the silhouette, I still strove to stretch one leg forward with toes pointed straight, showcasing slender leg contours.

For hair and makeup, special attention was paid to eye details, pairing light pink eyeshadow with pearlescent shimmer, white false eyelashes, and those pointed elf ears to match the character's mysterious yet innocent temperament in Zenless Zone Zero. Numerous lighting setups were deployed during shooting, with reflectors positioned low to ensure the sapphire pendant on my chest refracted a gorgeous gleam. Because there was abundant audio equipment creating a cluttered environment, I constantly adjusted my expressions, striving to capture a serene, tranquil demeanor amidst the overwhelming industrial noise.

Honestly, the happiest moment in cosplay is the instant you put everything on and watch yourself gradually transform into the beloved character in the mirror. Even though my gacha luck wasn't great this time, spending hours of hard work shooting and post-processing to maximize Remielle's essence felt like a wonderful consolation. This photo set carries all the effort of that day—every detail of the costume and every feather on the wings shines before the lens. This is my concrete expression of love for the character; every time I throw myself wholeheartedly into a photoshoot, I can truly appreciate the unique charm she embodies.
