This time I challenged Shigure from Blue Archive. To perfectly restore the Atmosphere of the Hot spring, our team put a lot of effort into the setting. From the scattered cherry blossoms in the background to the flowing mist on the ground, and then to the wine utensils on the wooden tray, the selection of every detail is striving to restore that quiet, high-level, and Zen-filled Japanese-style hot spring texture. For the Kimono, I specially chose a contrasting color scheme of dark blue and white, matched with unique snowflake patterns and head ornaments, aiming to accurately capture Shigure's unique temperament that is cold but with a touch of gentleness. During the shooting process, the control of environmental light and shadow is the key. Through the refraction of the mist, it creates a sense of space where reality and illusion interweave, making the picture more story-like. As a coser, what I enjoy most is looking for the moment of the character's soul in complex setting details. That resonance of becoming one with the character is the greatest motivation for creation. This makeup and prop matching are very suitable, especially that red folding fan as the finishing touch, effectively breaking the dullness of the cool tone. I hope this set of works can bring you a sense of comfort and tranquility of winter hot spring.
