[Asuma Toki cosplay] The Casual Vibe of Blue Archive, Perfectly Capturing the Blue-Themed Senior Sister Atmosphere

This set of Asuma Toki photos shot at the Blue Archive only event takes a relaxed, casual approach with a senior vibe. For the outfit, I chose her iconic blue cardigan paired with a white shirt and a blue bowtie, with a dark blue pleated skirt and black over-the-knee socks on the bottom, rounded off with loafers—the overall Blue-themed outfit color scheme is highly refreshing. The wig was detailed with a side braid, and the blue halo prop on top of my head was specially angled so the material's reflection could be seen under the light without looking too heavy.

Two locations were chosen for the shoot: first, next to an indoor glass door, where natural light poured through the glass onto my body, making my skin tone look very translucent; with my gaze slightly relaxed, that effortless senior temperament naturally emerged. Second, on the outdoor stairs, utilizing the height difference of the steps for a few sitting poses, holding a notebook while gently leaning against the railing, which highly fits her typical model student setting in the game. Post-processing mainly focused on preserving the skin texture and slightly brightening the ambient light to make the blue and white color scheme look cleaner, without excessive skin smoothing, thereby keeping the details of the gaze and hair strands.

Since these were convention photos shot at an only event, the on-site atmosphere itself was fantastic, so my condition during the shoot was quite natural without intentionally striking stiff poses. I believe that for cosplay, besides physical resemblance, the most important part is bringing out the character's sense of relaxation. Asuma Toki herself carries a somewhat cool yet gentle tone, and this time happened to perfectly present that state in this piece of Anime-style photography.
