[Seia cosplay] Blue Archive Release Commemoration: An Angel in a White dress Amidst Snow scene setup

When shooting this official Seia cosplay set from Blue Archive, the core focus lay in recreating the scene's serene atmosphere. On set, we specially arranged vast white gauze drapery paired with faux snow powder spread across the floor, affixing icicles and cascading pearl chains to the pedestal for this elaborate Snow scene setup. Rim-backlighting striking the semi-sheer drapes created a natural framing effect. This White dress is a custom-made piece; the fabric utilizes subtly shimmering white satin lined with pale blue, while the sheer sleeves offer superb translucency under studio lighting. The long horns and golden halo atop my head were hand-sanded and painted; ensuring their attachment angles didn't disrupt my facial profile required substantial pre-shoot adjustments. For the white flowers in hand, I chose highly realistic multi-headed roses, holding them close to my chest to anchor the composition's visual center.

Posing demanded careful modulation of expression: Seia is an inherently tranquil and calm character, so before the camera, I minimized large dynamic motions, leaning gently against the edge of the pedestal with eyes cast downward and softly closed, complemented by lightweight makeup. This low-saturation, pristine aesthetic depends heavily on lighting, requiring large softboxes for diffused reflection to prevent harsh facial shadows. During post-processing, we retained the cold gray tones of the environment, primarily emphasizing the airy translucency of the gauze and cleaning up color fringing along the garment edges. From the Snow scene setup to wrapping the shoot, considerable time was invested to faithfully convey that gentle, non-aggressive, yet story-rich visual texture of this cosplay.
