I treated this set of "Yuuka Stretching" photos as a casual record, but I didn't expect the shooting process to turn into a battle of wits against strange stickers.

Speaking of costume accuracy, the white sailor uniform with deep blue borders and the light blue necktie this time are genuinely comfortable; the material is soft and lacks that stiff, plastic-like feel. What troubled me the most was actually the black tights. Although I specifically chose a matte elastic style, this pose truly tests one's flexibility. Propping my leg up on the chair or curling up for a long time created a slight soreness from muscle stretching at the base of my thighs, but to reflect Yuuka's lazy temperament in the final photos, this ache was completely worth it. The halo on my head was also custom-made; to keep it stable, I specially sprayed extra styling gel on the crown of my head.

In fact, the shooting environment this time was very minimalist—just a pure white background, a wooden table, and a chair. This meant that my expressiveness and the photographer's control over light and shadow were extremely important. @红白 caught the lighting just right, bright yet without overexposure, making the reflections on the black pantyhose look natural and the sailor uniform appear crisp and clean. Furthermore, the advantage of a white background is that the edges of the clothing and the layers of the wig are perfectly highlighted. Many people force too many elements into this type of theme, but I prefer leaving blank space so that the visual focus centers entirely on the character itself.

As for the "little panda-headed people" that abruptly appeared in the final photos, they were truly an unexpected surprise during our shoot. Initially, it was just a friend joking around outside the camera frame, but later it was directly turned into troll stickers on the images. Thinking about it carefully, these big-head stickers definitely made the originally formal cosplay highly meme-able, instantly giving the frame a sense of story. It's as if Yuuka is researching some occult topic and suddenly a few strange thoughts materialize, or perhaps Yuuka is simply pretending not to see them and continues her stretching. This sense of contrast makes me feel that photos shouldn't just be about looking good; having an element of fun makes them much more memorable.

Lastly, I want to say that cosplay is not just about putting on identical clothes, but more importantly, about experiencing the character's living state within their setting. This shoot for Yuuka allowed me to experience a sense of relaxation inside a classroom. Although there are no gorgeous special effects or complex props, the simple composition paired with a touch of humorous post-production creates the unique memory exclusive to this shoot.
