This time, the five of us together completed the official photo set for Ave Mujica cosplay, restoring the distinct traits of the five members in a scene surrounded by a red moon and withered trees. From the lace details of the costumes to the texture of the masks, every single part was kept as close as possible to the original designs. For this Cosplay photography session, we deliberately chose an indoor location with an ancient castle vibe, utilizing candles and smoke effects to create that blurry yet oppressive theatrical feel from the show. The elegance of Doloris, the serenity of Mortis, the agility of Timoris, the passion of Amoris, and the mystery of Oblivionis—the posture and gaze of each character required repeated adjustments to let the frames present that tension of intertwined destinies. Everyone cooperated with great tacit understanding during the process. Especially for the group compositions, we had to balance both lighting and positioning, and the photographer's capture of light and shadow was a huge help. This set of works is not only an attempt at cosplay but also a tangible presentation of our understanding of the characters. We carefully researched the choice of props, the details of the makeup, and even the wearing angle of the masks. After the final images came out, that suffocating feeling emerging from the darkness truly achieved our expected effect. We hope these images can convey our internal understanding of Ave Mujica and let everyone feel the unique theatrical aesthetics of this project.
