[Sora cosplay] GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE Spring Sporty style outfit

This time, I experimented with Sora's pink sporty look. The character herself has a very distinct aura, and pink visually leans toward lively and gentle vibes, fitting the spring flight theme perfectly. To match this concept, I selected this white halter sports bra and pink athletic shorts. The halter design naturally introduces a sweet-yet-edgy touch to the sporty aesthetic, while the cropped midriff cut highlights the waistline and belly ring, making it a very detail-rich piece. To add dimension, I layered a matching pink hooded sports jacket over it, deliberately letting it slip off one shoulder to reveal the shoulder and collarbone so the look wouldn't feel flat. The pink round sunglasses resting on my head were the finishing touch, echoing the costume's colors while completing the facial composition. The black leather choker around my neck offered a subtle contrast; pairing sporty attire with a slightly hardcore accessory prevented the overall look from feeling too soft. The white crew socks and skate sneakers on my feet not only brightened the palette, but also reinforced the Sporty girl persona.

Styling the twintail wig took some time. Because Sora's hairstyle carries strong volume, I backcombed the roots and ends to give it more bounce and keep it from lying flat against the scalp. To maintain the 3D shape of the pigtails, I also used invisible hairpins and setting spray. For makeup, to suit the dynamic energy of athletic style, the base was kept fresh and translucent, focusing on blush and lips. The orange-pink lip gloss harmonized with the pink outfit, bringing out a healthy glow. I painted my nails red so hand gestures would have a color pop in close-up shots. Additionally, the staff ID badge lanyard and blue athletic crossbody bag served as storytelling accessories, making the character look fully prepared and adding depth to the scene.

The shooting location was an equipment room and gymnastics hall. Wooden vaulting boxes, metal carts filled with volleyballs, and red-and-white antennas provided strong innate athletic attributes. We used various gym equipment to design poses, such as leaning against the vaulting box or sitting directly inside the ball cart. The shot inside the volleyball cart was visually rich with balls surrounding me, creating a very natural, dangling-feet pose. During the shoot, the photographer's candid captures were vital. To convey the vitality of a Sporty girl, both eyes and body language needed tension rather than stiffness. I made a point to interact with the lens, like pointing my staff badge toward the camera or straightening my back while seated to extend bodily lines for better proportions.

The lighting that day was relatively hard, which happened to match the bold athletic style well. Indoors, we utilized artificial lights and bounce reflectors to sharpen the contours of my face and body. Although this styling looks effortless, it contains many wearable details; for instance, the choker and navel piercing needed attention during larger movements to avoid shifting out of place or getting covered by fabric. The sneakers and white crew socks were comfortable and elongated the calf lines in full-body shots, reinforcing a healthy, spirited vibe. When posing seated, I paid attention to leg placement, using negative space or bent knees to optimize composition and present a natural, engaging look before the camera.

The whole shooting process was super enjoyable. This sporty outfit is practical both for daily wear and conventions, allowing free movement without restriction. Showcasing another facet of Sora from Goddess of Victory was such a fun experience. Coinciding with the Fan Content Festival, I hope to share this sporty energy with everyone!
