[GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE Cinderella cosplay] Crystal Princess in the Magic Mirror, Silver Memories at the ACG Expo

Tried out the look of Cinderella from Goddess of Victory in these Convention photos. The silver-white wig was carefully combed and secured in advance, topped with an exquisite white flower hair ornament that established the foundational tone for the hairstyle once put on. The costume is the centerpiece of this shoot—the fabric of the Silver-gray evening dress carries a delicate sheen, featuring an off-the-shoulder strap design on top paired with a choker, while layered ruffles cascading from neckline to waist provide great volume. The skirt has a high-low hem with layered cuts at the sides and back of the waist, surging like waves when walking.

The shoot location was chosen in a huge convention center; this black reflective floor combined with neatly arranged round ceiling lights above made for an incredible backdrop for silver-colored outfits. The convention was crowded, so to capture clean, pure backgrounds, we specifically picked spots with fewer people. Photographer @线圈ing was remarkably precise with pose guidance; she knew well that this material reveals its airy elegance best in motion, so in the second photo, we deliberately tried dynamic poses to let the train of the dress fly fully into the air, showcasing a silky, flowing texture like running water.

To be honest, running around or posing in a dress with such a long train at an ACG expo is no easy task. For that open-arms pose in Picture 2, to get the skirt to fly at the ideal angle, we tried repeatedly several times—relying on a light natural draft inside the convention venue along with the centrifugal force generated when I spun around to achieve the effect. For shoes, I specifically picked light-colored high heels with pearl ankle straps, which nicely flattered leg contours while echoing the overall tone of the dress. As for makeup, I minimized colors as much as possible, toning down eyeshadow to keep only the contours, paired with silver-gray contact lenses, aiming to convey a serene, ethereal, and subtly distant visual persona as part of my Coser daily life.

Although this hair and makeup took a lot of preparation time—especially styling the silver-gray wig, where hair direction and securing top ornaments required constant adjustment—capturing this serene yet flowy feel under the photographer's lens ultimately brought a great sense of accomplishment. Throughout the convention, wearing this outfit let me meet many fellow fans, all deeply impressed by this high-low hemline design. Looking back at these Convention photos now, I feel the blend of silver-gray sheen and open venue light and shadow is exceptionally subtle, with the black reflective floor echoing dappled spots from overhead lights, fitting this retro-fantasy character setting wonderfully. Meeting a photographer on the same wavelength during shooting to turn all ideas into real photographs was truly a fulfilling experience; the texture difference of this Silver-gray evening dress between static and dynamic states is huge, and Pictures 1 and 2 offer a great contrast comparison.
