The overall vision for today's after-work Office outfit for President Rio was to fuse her rigorous, rational demeanor at Millennium Science School with a relaxed, off-duty casual state. Even though the scenario is daily commuting, I still wanted to preserve her distinctive personal authority in front of the camera.

For the wardrobe, I went with the classic monochrome palette. A white ribbed turtleneck knit sweater offers a sleek, form-fitting embrace visually, which not only flatters bodily contours but also lends an air of tender elegance and intellect. The lower half paired a black high-waisted pleated mini skirt whose A-line cut accentuates the waistline, falling with crisp drape during movement. To echo the original canon and inject tactical flair, I strapped a black tactical thigh ring with an ammo pouch to my right thigh. For a meticulous character like Rio, even after shedding her uniform for everyday attire, she would habitually retain functional gear; thus, the leg strap not only adds visual dimension to the styling, but instantly signals her iconic identity.

For hosiery, I selected sheer Black stockings paired with glossy black platform stilettos. High heels are a must for elongating leg proportions, while the translucent black weave softens the lower body lines into an effortless contour. We tested several shoe designs before shooting, ultimately deciding that pointed-toe stilettos best anchored the sharp executive atmosphere, counterbalancing the cozy loungewear feel of the knit top.

In terms of hair, makeup, and props, the wig was styled as sleek, straight long black hair with blunt-cut bangs, which established the visual mood immediately upon wearing. The signature halo floating above her head was naturally indispensable—this crimson geometric halo is Rio's visual soul, crafted from semi-translucent acrylic that cast gorgeous refractive flares under studio strobes. For makeup, reddish-pink eyeshadow was blended around the lids to evoke an expression subtly tinged with fatigue yet immaculately composed, suiting the post-work narrative. A muted berry lipstick tied the look together with healthy, natural radiance.

Studio lighting required delicate handling. An all-white cyclorama lit with soft diffuse illumination let the figure pop cleanly from the background, ensuring dark garments wouldn't get swallowed into shadow. The photographer continually guided me toward that unwinding, post-shift ease. In the first shot, holding my suit jacket in one hand with the other hand resting on my hip, I channeled that candid moment of rising from a desk ready to depart; in the second shot, looking down while tucking a stray strand behind my ear mirrored how many women naturally fix their hair after clocking out. The session proceeded seamlessly; though standing in stilettos left my legs aching, the resulting deliverables were deeply gratifying.

I have always loved Rio—her calm composure and the occasional endearing contrasts she reveals are profoundly captivating. Interpreting her off-duty side through an Office outfit was my way of exploring the character from an alternative vantage point, highlighting her grounded reality beyond school uniforms or combat gear. Creating this set alongside a photographer friend was a collaborative labor of love, demanding immense care from wardrobe curation to prop fabrication.
