Today brings a summer-vibes-maximized Swimsuit cosplay photoshoot featuring Helm from Goddess of Victory: Nikke. Helm is widely known as a disciplined, cool-headed, and somewhat aloof tactical officer, so we deliberately chose Chimelong Water Park as the location to highlight her rare "gap moe" through authentic wet-water effects. Slipping into this blue-and-white translucent waterproof shirt over a bikini set, topped with her iconic black mecha cat ears and blue hair, diving into the cool pool instantly sparked that immersive thrill of executing an in-game summer event mission in this Helen cosplay.
The sun was blazing on the day of the shoot, and Chimelong Water Park was packed with visitors, making wading along the pool edge and through the water quite a challenge. Because the garment was crafted from semi-sheer waterproof fabric, soaking it caused it to cling lightly to the body—every turn or bend dramatically shifted the fabric textures and light refractions, heavily testing shutter timing. Meanwhile, to safeguard the wig from water damage, I applied internal reinforcement and color-fasting treatments so that even amidst splashing water, the bright blue locks maintained their volume and natural curve in this Anime-style photography session.
For makeup, to echo Helm's dignified and rational demeanor, the base was kept clean and matte, emphasizing sharp eyeliner wings and cool grey-blue eyeshadow tones while tinting the lips with sheer rosy gloss—blending her disciplined seriousness with a gentle touch melted by summer sunshine. Wearing white gloves while holding that pastel water gun prop against a blue-and-white inflatable ring made the overall palette exceptionally clear and crisp. The photographer guided me to keep Helm's signature composed, unsmiling expression, but surrounded by splashing kids and joyful laughter, genuine smiles slipped through at times; this collision between strict character lore and real emotion gave the photos an authentic vitality.
The shoot was physically taxing—constantly maintaining balance in the water while ensuring the sheer shirt and bikini stayed in place. Yet the team operated with seamless synergy, with special thanks to photographer @小优Yoyoko. Intense water park sunlight meant shutter speed, aperture, and water reflection control demanded pinpoint precision; capturing crisp candid moments of glancing back, saluting, and playfully aiming the water gun relied entirely on the photographer's masterful direction.
What pleases me most about this Helm swimsuit look is that refreshing yet subtly alluring ambiance when drenched in water. The soaked shirt glistening with water beads against the blue aquatic backdrop pulls the viewer instantly into a cool summer oasis. Wrapping up this set washed all fatigue away—shooting under the open sun and through pool currents carries natural warmth and authentic water vapor that indoor studios simply cannot replicate. I hope everyone enjoys this Goddess of Victory: Nikke Swimsuit cosplay share and feels Helm's distinct charm beyond her standard uniform!
