In this quiet, ancient-style space, I really resonated with this Blue Reimu look. To restore the lazy yet cool texture of a "tipsy shrine maiden," we put a lot of thought into the color coordination this time. The intertwining of blue and white not only retains the original agility of the Touhou Project, but also brings out a hint of the cool temperament that belongs to Blue Reimu.
The scene arrangement for this shoot was very thoughtful; tatami, lanterns, and blooming cherry blossoms create a quiet Cherry blossom atmosphere, as if one were in an ancient temple deep in the mountains. Holding a cup of clear tea in hand, amidst the fragmented light and shadow, one can almost smell the tipsy scent of sake. The wrinkles and texture of the clothing appeared very natural under the lens, especially the pair of huge blue bows, which are the finishing touch of the whole look.
Thanks to photographer @4399 for the precise capture, using delicate tone to record this sense of relaxation of "nothing to do today, just having a little drink." As a coser who has been deeply involved in the Touhou Project field for a long time, being able to express this delicate Atmosphere is truly very satisfying. Every creation is a secondary deep excavation of the character, not just restoring the clothing, but also a side cut into the character's emotions. In the vast worldview of Touhou Project, every character has its own color. And this time, through this blue as smoky as water, I hope to express an artistic conception of finding inner peace outside the hustle and bustle. At the moment when cherry blossom petals fell on my shoulders, all troubles seemed to dissipate quietly with the tea fragrance.
