This shoot of Marisa Kirisame was mainly to find a relatively natural and clear outdoor feel. To be honest, when preparing this cosplay outfit recreation, there were more details than I imagined. The golden double-breasted buttons and small yellow star embroidery on the black vest, combined with the bubble sleeves and ruffles of the white shirt, belong to that very classic European countryside little witch style. The skirt hem has a good weight and many layers; when bending over or sitting down, it spreads out nicely. I also deliberately adjusted the thin purple ribbon at the waist to float slightly, hoping to add a touch of agility.

For makeup, to fit the character's setting, I wore color contacts and made the eye makeup slightly deep and elongated to keep the facial contours three-dimensional while retaining a bit of the original natural softness, so the makeup wouldn't look too heavy. The golden-yellow straight long wig actually heavily tests the luster; this time, a matte texture was selected, combined with small braided plaits on both sides, making it less likely to look greasy and closer to the character's original styling.

The shooting environment was chosen by the waterside and in a small forest. The first close-up is one of my personal favorites; the shimmering reflection on the water surface and the dappled tree shadows overhead set off the lace trim on the edge of the hat and the purple bow softly. With the hand naturally resting on the chin, this angle beautifully catches a very bright catchlight in the eyes. The second and third photos utilize outdoor natural light photography by making use of the branches and mossy stones in the environment, placing the broom prop with the purple bow by my side, creating a narrative feel of the character exploring the wild and occasionally stopping to rest.

Regarding the light during shooting, although the ambient light of the original photo was good, it looked a bit greyish in some shadows. Therefore, when doing color grading in post-processing, the main idea was to adjust towards a bright and fresh direction, controlling the contrast, brightening the skin tone while toning down the highlights of the background plants to preserve that tender green color unique to the outdoor spring, rather than a heavy, internet-celebrity filter style.

Because the movements are restricted by the clothing, the wide hat brim sometimes blocks the line of sight or causes facial shadows, so the photographer frequently prompted the angles during the shoot. We tried several different movement rhythms like sitting, leaning, holding the hat brim, and taking a short break. For this style, an overly rigid standing pose is actually unnatural; slightly relaxed movements can better embody the character's aura. Although many people feel this IP is now a relatively niche and obscure ACGN topic, being able to carefully recreate a character according to one's own ideas is a highly satisfying creative experience in itself, so I don't care much about the so-called \"popularity\" anymore.
