To capture the Endless Summer scene properly, I specially prepared this white ruffled dress and pink halo prop. The outfit contains abundant nuances: the blue ribbon bow at the collar and the pleats along the hemline had to be carefully steamed smooth prior to shooting, otherwise close-up shots would lose their refined texture. Furthermore, white Stockings wear out easily; sitting directly on brick pathways can easily snag the fabric, so I made sure to pack spare pairs.

Upon arriving at the Hydrangea field, the environment presented a vibrant chromatic palette blending pinks, blues, and purples. To ensure the subject popped from the background, we sought out spots where the floral bushes were slightly lower during composition, using out-of-focus floral clusters in the foreground to heighten depth of field. Ambient daylight remained exceptionally gentle without harsh glare, which worked wonders for highlighting the purity of the white attire and the soft texture of the skin.

The outfit has quite a few details—the blue bow at the neckline and the pleats on the hem all needed careful ironing before shooting, otherwise close-up shots would lack texture. Also, white pantyhose wear out easily; sitting on brick pavers makes them prone to snagging, so I brought spares along.

Arriving at the Hydrangea flower field, the ambient colors were vibrant with interwoven shades of pink, blue, and purple. To make the character pop against the background, we deliberately sought out spots where the bushes were lower in our composition, using foreground flower clusters for bokeh blur to enhance depth of field. The natural light that day was soft without harsh direct sunlight, which worked wonderfully to highlight the white dress and skin texture.

For the first shot, I took off my high heels and sat on the brick ground with my legs gently extended. Standing outdoors in heels for a long time is exhausting, but sitting down and adjusting leg angles paired with white stockings effectively brought out the character's tranquil aura. With fingers slightly parted hovering in mid-air, alongside the pink halo behind me, I wanted to convey a sense of lightness and vitality. For subsequent shots, I switched through different sitting poses—resting my chin in one hand, pointing upward with the other—mainly aiming to capture different emotional nuances.

Throughout the shoot, the white skirt hem contrasted nicely against the fallen leaves on the ground, and surrounded by sprawling Hydrangea flowers, the color layering felt rich. To stay true to the character concept, I experimented extensively with posing range. While the layered hair looks great, it required constant touch-ups and adjustment to avoid catching on branches while moving through the bushes. Every outdoor location shoot is a dual test of stamina and patience, but seeing how naturally the skirt spread out in the final photos made it completely worthwhile.
