This time, I teamed up with Teacher Xiao Han for a duo cosplay collaboration with double attributes, choosing Sangonomiya Kokomi and Ganyu from Genshin Impact, infused with My Melody and Cinnamoroll elements respectively. To match the character's original aqua blue, I chose My Melody's pink color palette to pair with Kokomi's original costume details, retaining features like the beret and choker, while adding pink fluffy earmuffs and hair accessories to the wig. Teacher Xiao Han adopted Cinnamoroll's blue tones; we transformed what were originally solo sets into matching paired looks. Visually, the blue and pink complement each other when we are in the same frame, and the main color scheme of the entire studio environment was also arranged according to our color palette.

Throughout the photoshoot, we coordinated with different emotions and poses. For the studio lighting, since the material of this outfit leans toward light, soft tulle, the photographer used high-key lighting to amplify the inherent cuteness. With a white base coupled with light blue and pink floral sets, the overall exposure enhanced the softness. Post-processing retained the clear look of the frame without over-editing, focusing primarily on meticulously capturing body movements and eye contact.

The most interesting part of the shooting process was actually some spontaneous on-site interactions. For example, when the two of us sat on that round platform, we initially wanted to strike a cold, aloof pose where we didn't look at each other. But we later found that we absolutely couldn't hold a serious face facing this soft and cute style, and it ended up entirely becoming natural states of resting our chins on our hands and making finger hearts. There's also that photo where we look at each other; it looks like we have great chemistry, but we were actually holding back our laughter behind the lens for a long time.

As a cosplayer who frequently does heterochromia and complex accessories, cosplaying Kokomi this time featured elements that were relatively softer compared to her original design. Pairing it with pink plush elements is also an extended interpretation of the character's cute side. Since it's both a twin-themed look and a matching set outfit, we specially prepared identical over-the-knee socks and shoes, and paid attention to the visual balance of the earmuffs and bag accessories. The final photos indeed perfectly matched our initial vision.

Doing a duo cosplay set is actually more exhausting than a solo one, as we need to accommodate each other's height, positioning, and gaze direction, while simultaneously balancing the condition of both people. However, the joy gained when the final photos come out is also doubled. No need for overly sentimental words; I simply feel that this was a highly efficient and tacitly coordinated Anime-style photography record. The photographer's lighting ideas and composition rhythm were perfectly controlled, making the process relaxed and pleasant, which is why we have such a natural state.
