I've finally sorted out this set of Vita photos I shot in Tokyo earlier. This costume is the classic look of Vita in Honkai Impact 3rd; the iconic gray-green long hair and that pair of small blue horns are the very soul of the entire cosplay. To restore her lazy yet slightly mysterious temperament, I specially chose a set of vintage leather sofas as the background this time. The reddish-brown leather forms a stark contrast with this black, white, and blue battle outfit. The hollowed-out design on the chest and the metallic textured decorations heavily test the clothing pattern. To achieve a perfectly fitted visual effect, I repeatedly adjusted the choice of props and fabrics several times. The two-day shoot yielded quite a lot of photos for this cosplay photography project, and Figure 1 is probably my most satisfying one from the whole session—the composition just happened to capture that relaxed posture. I have a plan for a new set of works at the end of the month, the theme is also a game character cosplay, and I've been rushing to make the related accessories lately. I usually update some details and behind-the-scenes tidbits on Twitter, and I feel quite happy to be able to share them with everyone on RED this time as well to present this 2D character.
