I really love this Xishi "Xu Xiangsi" look; the overall color tone alternates between pure white and bright orange, giving it a very agile feeling. To restore that elusive fairy-like quality of the character, the choice of clothing material was very particular, especially the drape of the cuffs and skirt, which looks exceptionally premium under natural outdoor light. As for props, this bunch of lotus flowers is the finishing touch of the whole set of photos; the texture of the petals is very delicate and perfectly fits the character's temperament. Many friends mentioned the line "I'll eat two bites of the minion wave, you are not allowed to eat it" in the comment section; in fact, Xishi has always been that elegant and slightly mysterious style in Honor of Kings. During the shooting process, to capture that "fairy descending into the world" look, I tried many different compositions and light and shadow changes. A lot of effort was put into polishing the details of this styling, from the structure of the hair accessories to the makeup, all aimed at pursuing the highest degree of Character accuracy. I hope to bring this visual expression of Chinese aesthetics to every friend who sees the photos and take you into that artistic and dreamlike illusion.
