This time I cosplayed A-Li at the convention, who is also a hero I really love. I spent quite a long time on the overall hair, makeup, and styling, especially the pairing of the wig and hair accessories, wanting to recreate that agile and lively feeling. In terms of clothing, on top of the original basic model, I paired it with this lightweight blue tulle jacket, which creates wonderful layers of light and shadow under the booth lighting. For the texture of the photos, the prop paper umbrella was specially chosen with a translucent canopy. Combined with the high-brightness light sources inside the venue, it creates a sense of transparency. It works perfectly whether opened as a foreground or placed behind me during the shoot.

During the shoot, we chose a minimalist black background booth. The venue environment was actually quite dark, but with the lighting concentrated on my body, it beautifully highlighted the clothing texture and the character's temperament. Sitting compositions are not uncommon in convention photos, but A-Li's aura changes when viewed from different angles. This time, we chose three camera angles: a close-up facing the camera directly, a side shot closing the umbrella, and one holding the umbrella while looking into the lens.

The overall atmosphere turned out quite right after shooting this set, preserving the 2D character's inherent lightness without letting the background look cluttered. It's truly not easy to get convention photos into a satisfying state; you have to rely on luck for both the lighting and the timing.
