[Identity V] Dapeng Xiyong Summer Team Building, Recording the Blue-and-White Seaside Group Cosplay Photoshoot

The Identity V Summer team building shoot at Dapeng Xiyong Beach on August 16 has concluded. The overall process was a bit more exhausting than expected. As the planner and participant of a large group cosplay work, the early preparation required considering many factors, from the unification of clothing tones to the selection of props, all needing to fit the cool summer tone. The blue-and-white summer outfits had a unified style, and props like straw hats, sunglasses, vintage cameras, and little yellow ducks helped a lot, adding plenty of rich details to the frames. Dapeng Xiyong has a very long coastline with delicate sand, which also brought quite a few troubles to the shooting. The sea wind was strong, so fixing wigs and maintaining the fluttering feel of clothes became a common routine during breaks. To match photographer Hozen's compositional ideas, stepping barefoot on the scorching sand was commonplace—not only was the sand sticky, but small shells washed up by the sea also hurt painfully when stepped on. However, everyone persevered to capture more natural candid moments. The shooting process had high demands for composition; the photographer had to highlight the advantages of the foreground characters (such as using swim rings to show leg lines) while taking care of the back-row members to ensure everyone was in the optimal frame. Shooting from daytime to dusk, the challenges brought by changing light were also significant; we had to constantly fine-tune our positions based on the sun's angle to avoid harsh direct light. The back-view photos taken during the blue hour right before dark were full of storytelling, with everyone holding hands facing the ocean and raising their arms, conveying a strong sense of cohesion and pushing the day's atmosphere to its peak. When receiving the final photos, it felt as though all previous fatigue was swept away. Being able to smoothly shoot such an atmospheric summer seaside group cosplay work was inseparable from everyone's mutual accommodation, bringing a perfect close to this team building event.
