When taking mirror selfies while holding Little Ica, I could truly deeply experience that state of "just breathing can charm someone to faint." The craftsmanship of the doll in my arms is genuinely exquisite; the combination of pink fur and a small golden crown, paired with that sky-blue bow, almost perfectly restores the design. Holding it made me feel completely healed. This time cosplaying Hyacinthia, I put quite a lot of thought into the clothing details. The design of this outfit itself has a strong sense of layering; the deep red wide-sleeve jacket paired with golden piping and patterns is visually eye-catching. I also specially adjusted the folds at the neckline and cuffs of the inner white long-sleeve to make the overall look more natural.

The head styling was considered the most energy-consuming part of the entire cosplay. If you want to make the pink twin-tails present that fluffy and three-dimensional feel, you not only need to wear the hairnet properly, but also use a large amount of hairspray and styling spray to maintain the shape. Especially that mint-green gradient section at the hair ends, which required layered processing to make the color transition evenly and naturally. The deep red headpiece on top also had to be firmly fixed; the golden frame, white decorations, and floral elements on it are all key to enhancing the texture in the lens.

Since it was shot at home facing a mirror, micro-adjusting poses and angles was very important. I sat slightly sideways, putting my weight on my legs, which could better elongate the leg lines in the lens. For the lower body, I paired it with white stockings. To make the overall styling less monotonous, black wavy lace was added at the ankles, tied with a deep red bow ribbon, echoing the color of the jacket. The black loafers have a relatively retro style, neutralizing the overall gorgeous style to make it look slightly more everyday. The gloss of the white stockings performed very well under indoor lighting; this slight reflective feel just perfectly highlights the lines and texture of the legs.

When taking the selfie, holding the phone in front of the face can both focus on the image in the mirror and serve to block the face. This can directly guide the audience's sight to the costume, hair accessories, and the doll in arms, saving a lot of trouble in post-processing facial retouching and retaining more of the on-site sense of reality. Actually, this outfit is still somewhat heavy when worn on the body, especially that thick wig; after a round of shooting, my neck was indeed a bit sore, but seeing the cute look of Little Ica in the finished photos, I felt all the previous preparations were totally worth it. From selecting fabrics and test makeup to the final photos, the entire process was full of fun, which is also a unique experience that cosplay brings to me.
